Privacy

You can use Polish My MSG without an account. This application does not save a history of your drafts or rewrites.

What happens when you request a rewrite

Your message, selected recipient, and selected tone are sent to our server and then to an AI service provider to generate the two suggestions. The provider is Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. We do not use your text to build a personal profile in this application.

What to avoid entering

Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or personal information that you would not want sent to an AI service provider. Review names, dates, numbers, and commitments before using an AI suggestion.

Technical processing

The hosting platform and AI provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service. This page does not make a claim about their retention periods. We have not added an analytics or advertising script to this website.
